Cindy Lutwiller - Owner / Stylist

Cindy has been cutting and styling hair since the mid 70's, and opened Shear Emotion in 1998. She is a graduate of Wemoco Occupational Tech Center in Spencerport, and has completed the Matrix Institute of Professional Development Salon Psychology course. Cindy believes in good customer service with every client, and listens to their wants and needs to give them what they are looking for.

Ken Frank

Specializing in permanent hair removal, Ken joined Shear Emotion in July of 2015. He is trained and certified by Berkowits School of Electrolysis. Ken will strive to make your hair removal treatment a positive experience.

Diana Roniger

Diana joined Shear Emotion in January of 2025. She brings with her many therapeutic services which include massage therapy, laser hair removal, body contouring, facial slimming and toning, and cryotherapy. Diana is a registered nurse since 2002 and hopes to help clients de-stress, decrease pain, and feel good.

Isabella Marvin

Isabella joined Shear Emotion in Janaury of 2025. She brings with her many aesthetician services such as facials, chemical peels, sale glow full body exfoliation, paraffin hand or feet treatments, all wax services and ionic foot detox treatments.

Natalie Inglese

Natalie joined Shear Emotion in January of 2025. She brings with her waxing, aesthetician services, along with permanent makeup artistry. Natalie does all regular waxing services and specialty waxing services. She also does laser hair removal and facial treatments. And to top off the list she does permanent eyeliner, micro blading, and lip blushing.
