Cindy Lutwiller - Owner / Stylist

Cindy has been cutting and styling hair since the mid 70's, and opened Shear Emotion & Caribbean Sun Tanning in 1998. She is a graduate of Wemoco Occupational Tech Center in Spencerport, and has completed the Matrix Institute of Professional Development Salon Psychology course. She keeps up with new trends and products by frequently attending hair shows and educational seminars, and encourages shadow programs for individuals seeking salon development.

Karmen Penders - Nail Technician / Waxing Specialist

Karmen has been a nail technician since 2005 and is a graduate of the REOC/SUNY Brockport. She has been a waxing specialist since 2006 with certification from Shear Ego. She is also a Certified Master Pedicurist and Certified CND Master Painter. She has been with Shear Emotion since 2005.

Shannon Winter - LMT

Shannon has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004 and joined Shear Emotion in July of 2014. Her technique includes Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with a West Coast flair, to relieve muscle and joint pain and instill a sense of well being. Shannon also likes to incorporate aromatherapy into her massage, which she feels enhances the healing process of stressed muscles and joints. Her knowledge of natural oils will amaze you.

Ken Frank - Electrolysis

Specializing in permanent hair removal, Ken joined Shear Emotion in July of 2015. He is trained and certified by Berkowits School of Electrolysis. Ken will strive to make your hair removal treatment a positive experience.
